Sue Chenette to read at the Art Bar in Toronto

Guernica author Sue Chenette (The Bones of his Being [2012] and Slender Human Weight [2009]), will be reading at the Art Bar on Tuesday, March 5, at 8pm, along with Daniel Kolos and Christine Spinder.

The Art Bar is recognized as Canada’s longest running poetry-only, weekly reading series. Since 1991, it has featured both emerging and established poets from across Canada and occasionally from abroad. It has become a hub for the poetry community, and entry point for new voices, a place for people to enjoy one of the oldest arts.

The Art Bar now takes place at Q Space, a bookstore café at 382 College Street, three blocks east of Bathurst, on the northwest corner of Borden and College.

Admission is free, though voluntary contributions are gratefully accepted.

This is sure to be a very inclusive and invigorating night of poetry, that will include beer, wine, food, and books! It would be great to see you there!
