B.W. Powe at The Frye Festival

At the end of the month B.W. Powe will take part in The Frye Festival in Moncton, New Brunswick.  The festival is Canada’s only bilingual international literary festival and the largest literary event in Atlantic Canada.  He’ll be there in support of his new book These Shadows Remain: A Fable, published by Guernica this spring.

On Wednesday, April 27 Powe will be taking part in two events.  At 12:00 pm he’ll join Daniel Dugas, Michael Happy and Serge Patrice Thibodeau for Roundtable: New Technology and the Changing Face of Reading at Moncton City Hall. The event is pay what you can.  That evening, at  7:00 pm, Powe will deliver a lecture in honour of Marshall McLuhan’s 100th Birthday where he’ll discuss the visions of Marshall McLuhan and Northrop Frye.
