Michael Mirolla To Speak At CAA

Guernica publisher and author Michael Mirolla has been invited as the guest speaker for the Canadian Authors’ Association November meeting taking place on Thursday November 18 at Deer Park Library. Michael will talk about the “new” Guernica, publishing in the 21st century, and the relationship between publisher and author, as well as offer insight on the craft of writing for publication and perspectives on the future of the novel, the short story and poetry.

The recent winner of the Bressani Prize for Fiction for the novel Berlin, as well as being short-listed for the Bressani Prize for Short Fiction for his “Fathers and Sons” short story, Michael is the author of the Guernica-published poetry collection Light And Time.
