Soon-to-be Guernica author (her short story collection is scheduled for publication this fall) Bianca Lakoseljac has three readings set up for the month of May.

On May 15, she will be taking part in the Spring Pulse Poetry Festival in Cobalt in honour of Dr. William Henry Drummond, considered “Canada’s First National Poet. For more information on the festival, go to Bianca will be reading from 10-11:30 am.

On May 16, Bianca will join the Ontario Poetry Society’s Spring Thaw Poetry Gathering in Cobourg, with readings starting at 1:30 pm. Guernica Editions is proud to be a sponsor. For more information, go to

For those who prefer the city ambiance, Bianca will be reading at the Runnymede Branch Library, 2178 Bloor Street W. in Toronto. Wednesday May 26, 7-8 pm.
